Light Is The New Black - Rebecca Campbell

Rebecca Campbell’s beautifully written Light is the New Black, is an amazing guidebook for women who are looking to find their life calling, or know what their life calling is but struggle with the confidence boost to start. The Universe Has Your Back - Gabrielle Bernstein

I would massively recommend this read to people who would class themselves as ‘control-freaks’ or those who tend to stress and worry. Gabrielle’s book ‘The Universe has your Back’ will teach and guide you to switch your fears into faith in the Universe, and allow you to let go of the ‘how’ or the need to control every situation. Learn to relax and allow the Universe to do it’s thing so you can focus on actually living a happy and stress-free life.

Women Who Love Too Much - Robin Norwood

Waiting for someone to come and fill that empty space in your life? Maybe you don’t think you’ll be happy until you’re in a relationship? Maybe you constantly get yourself into bad relationships with men, offer to fix them, mother them, and neglect your own needs in the process? This book will unveil what caused you to become a ‘woman who loves too much’ and show you how to fall back in love with yourself so you can rely on your own love before others. This was one of my first personal growth reads and I genuinely learnt so much from it.

Autobiography Of A Yogi - Paramahansa Yoganada

The Autobiography Of A Yogi takes you on a journey through Paramahansa Yogananda's life, from a young boy, along his spiritual path to becoming a Yogi, from India to the US. Throughout the magical journey, Yogananda crosses paths with some of India’s most famous teachers and spiritual leaders. Although more spiritual based, the book takes the user on a wild imaginary rollercoaster, so be ready to let go and lead with an open mind.

You’re Badass At Making Money - Jen Sincero

This book is amazing for women who are new to personal growth and want to improve their money mindset. It’s really easy to read but still has incredible and implementable content that will literally transform the way you feel about money. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Whether it be that you are; constantly broke, worried about money, or wanting to start a side hustle but feel you couldn’t attract paying clients, or feel you have mental money blocks is stopping you from being successful. Jen Sincero is hilariously entertaining but has some great advice that anyone could benefit from.

The Daily Stoic - Ryan Holiday

Stoicism teachings surround the development of self-control and understanding that we cannot control external situations but can control how we react to them. This book is divided into daily meditations, for every day throughout the year (you can read these day by day or in one sitting). Ryan Holiday takes passages, memories and quotes from the leading Stoics of the Roman and Greek empire, and deconstructs their message and meaning behind the Stoic lifestyle into modern lessons that we can take away and implement in our own lives.
